Excellent Advice for People Getting Their Start in Internet Marketing

Quite a while ago I was the director of a workout center. There was always a HUGE influx in memberships beginning after everyone made their New Year’s resolutions. Initiatives were initiated by all those who resolved to be healthier by “this time next year”.

If you’ve been through this, I bet you can guess what came to pass next. By the 1st of February, half of those who started a program had already quit. By the start of March all but a a small amount of of the New Years‘ members were finding something else to do with their time. Out of the whole newbies group, only a couple would still be coming in to work out “this time next year”.

I see the same pattern with newbie Internet marketers. GUNG HO is their approach when they are starting out. But gradually and surely, their lack of commitment thins them out.

OK, I’ll get right to the point.

It’s the nature of all humans to have that hard to get rid of “lazy gene“…nearly everyone that is reading this. It’s a truly easier to roll out, go to work, come home to eat, play some games, and then do it again the next day.

That’s called a “RUT”.

Where will this rut take you by “this time next year”?

Of course you KNOW the answer.

In one of Clement Stone’s books, he discusses the principal requirement for accomplishment being the knack of taking long-term action. Stone directs our attention to the issue that the scale of “taking action” is directly proportional to one’s unhappiness with the existing way things stand.

Saying it another way, if you’d like a better life, you have to WANT IT badly enough to take some initiative and go after it!

I was in that boat and I DID want it badly enough. I took the action and I’m reaping the rewards. I understand the level of energy needed to achieve success and change old routines.

It’s time for me to help you.

I want you to be able to look back “this time next year” with a proud feeling of success for what you have achieved.

Here’s an email from a beginner asking the typical “how to get started in internet marketing” question. You can read it and my retort here:

If you want a dramatically different life by “this time next year”, let’s get started!

I look forward to working with you soon!
